Identity - Part 1

You are welcome to the lecture and the lesson one in this school – Inspirational Leader.

I commend you to the Holy Spirit and God’s word to help you to discover and learn all that God has proposed you to learn and discover in Jesus Name.

In this first lecture, I will be teaching you on – IDENTITY.

You are welcome to this present truth of God’s word and our case study is Genesis 1:27 - 28. The subject matter is ‘IDENTITY’

You were born with the ability to become a leader in a specific course according to God’s plan for your life. Your birth was an opportunity of a section of God’s plan to start unfolding. Your birth was not an accident. Your mind-set contains new ideas for leading specific people to a specific destination God has set for their life.

There are no two ways about this – EVERY BODY IS A LEADER AND EVERY LEADER HAS A LEADER. Irrespective of your age and status, you are born with the ability to lead. You are not just here to add to the numbers. You are not just here on earth as a liability. You are not just here on earth to beg. You are not here to walk in other people’s shadow. YOU ARE HERE TO BE YOUR SELF.

THERE IS A YOU ON THE INSIDE OF YOU THAT MUST BE RELEASED; that you is the leader in you. There is a reason why God created you to think the way you think. There is a reason why you like or dislike things the way you do. All you have being blessed with in life is not just a gift – they are investment that must yield profit. The profit is you becoming the leader you were born to be.

There is a course you were created for and there is a drive behind your existence. THE FIRST RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU IS THE ABILITY TO DISCOVER THE LEADER IN YOU AND LEAD YOUR SELF.

God never created any man have dominion over another man – that was not the blue print. Check Genesis 1:27 – 28. God created man to have dominion over creatures. Leadership is by influence – it has nothing to do with dominating people.

In other to lead others well, you must be able to lead your self well. It all belongs to you and leadership is showing people what to be done and not telling them what to do. The first calling is you leading your self from where you are into God’s plan for your life. The only tool to use in leading your self is when you accept to be led by the Holy Spirit and the Godly mentors over your life. THE BIBLE IS THE CONSTITUTION.

Leadership is in different phase because life is a package. You need to lead your self mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, in talents, in creativity, in your vision and relationships (platonic & emotional). You must lead your self but you must discover what kind of life has being destined for you before God formed you in your mother’s womb.

In this world, there is room for every body – your leadership skill is meant to compliment my leadership skill. There is no competition any where.

The ability to know the kind of leader you were design to become, you must discover the kind of person you were design to be. You can influence every body with you leading your self – you will only lead your kind – TRIBE MATES.

To find this truth, you must embrace the quest to discover your IDENTITY. YOUR IDENTITY IS THE THRONE FOR LEADERSHIP. When you lack the understanding, wisdom and knowledge of your IDENTITY, you will never become the leader God design for your life.

To be continued...

Unlocking the Leader Within: Embracing Responsibility and Purpose

In a world that often equates leadership with titles, positions, and authority, it’s easy to overlook the true essence of what it means to lead. Leadership is not merely about occupying a role or wielding power; it’s about embracing the discipline of self-responsibility and making choices that align with your values and purpose in life. As leaders, whether in the workplace, community, or within our families, it’s imperative to understand that true leadership begins with self-awareness and self-responsibility. It’s about taking ownership of our decisions and actions, regardless of our position or title. The Bible is filled with examples of ordinary men and women who embraced their responsibility and stepped into leadership roles that were far beyond their initial expectations. Take Moses, for instance. When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, Moses initially hesitated, feeling inadequate for the task. Yet, with God’s guidance and empowerment, he led the Israelites to fre...
