Identity - Part 2

IDENTITY is the character, mind – set and idea that distinguish people among the crowd. She is the expression of a specific plan and a purpose for living. IDENTITY is the image and the beauty of the solution that lies in your potential. She has the ability to show forth your source to you.

IDENTITY is the expressing power of the vision and mission set into your life by God. She determines the assignment of your life and that of the next generation. She can become a reward to your generation or a punishment to them if she does not reflect the glory of God (carelessness). She reveals the maturity or the weakness behind living. She determines your position in life. She determines what you will gain from life.

IDENTITY is the truth that will define your history and she is the truth that will determine your worth and value. She is the picture and the voice of your life. She is the beauty and the manifestation of your potential (C.T.I). She is a gift given to you by God but you must discover, maintain and improve on her. She is the treasure you must keep discovering daily through your personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. 

C.T.I is all about C = Character. T = Talent. I = Ideas

What HURTS you the most? What EXCITES you the most? What is your STRENGTH? What is your WEAKNESS? Where are you going to in LIFE? What do ‘FUTURE’ mean to you? What do RESPECT means to you? What is your own definition of “FAILURE”? What’s your own definition for GOOD? What’s your own definition for BAD? What do you call DISRESPECT? How do you THINK? What do you BELIEVE? Who is your ROLE MODEL? What’s your own definition of LIFE?

A lot of us are walking in other’s people’s shadow. Many people do not even understand what their life stands for in life. All you have believe and accepted as a norm are what people dictated for you – but apart from what people have made you believe about you – who are you really? Is this is the life you were created to settle for? ARE YOU WEARING A MASK OR THIS IS YOUR REAL IDENTITY? Are you impressing people with your lifestyle or you are living out God’s intention for your life? It’s not too late there is still hope for you today. The Holy Spirit is here to help and redefine your IDENTITY to the original plan He created for you. 

Your IDENTITY is like your own personal fingerprint in this entire world.

Leadership is all about you becoming the vision and expressing the vision. Vision is the understanding of what God has called you to become and do. Vision and calling is the foundation of your leadership. What's your calling? What's your vision? Every body is a leader but only few gets to discover this vision and calling? Some people discover their calling and vision but few ends up becoming the vision and calling. Leadership is all about BECOMING AND DOING. Who are you becoming? Shifting blames on people and making excuses is the fastest way of killing your chances of becoming the leader God has created you to become. In leadership, it's either your choice or fault. Be you Be the lead you were born to be Becoming a leader is who you were created to be (either you are male or female) Becoming the leader you were created to be is in you becoming responsible for your life, words, attitudes, and decision. Dear leaders, I have always advocate that there is a leader trapped in every human. I want you to shift into a better dimension of God's plan for your leadership skill. Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity.
