Life - Part 1

I commend you to the Holy Spirit and God’s word to help you to discover and learn all that God has proposed you to learn and discover in Jesus Name.

The topic for today’s teaching is LIFE

Our Case Study is JOHN 10:10

I will start by saying every body is created by God to be a leader. Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader. You were given life for leading sake. The greatest life Jesus gave to us is LIFE and this is His invest in you for leadership. Jesus and has given you life, lets check what life entail.

What is Life?
Life is the greatest gift Jesus has given you. I want to explain Life in three phases. 1. Life is a package. 2. Life is a journey. 3. Life is a woman.

Life is a PACKAGE

The understanding of life is the understanding of your self. From God to humanity, there is nothing that is made to be single. God operates as the FATHER, as the SON and as the HOLY SPIRIT. Man operates through the BODY, SPIRIT and SOUL. The YOU that is reading this is not all about the “you” we can see physically. There is more to you than what meets the eyes. So it is your responsibility to value the leader in you.

The YOU is established on the PHYSICAL and on this platform, your EMOTIONS, INTELLECT, and SPIRITUAL operates. The greatest mistake some of you have made is ignoring the necessity of the physical. Any achievement here on earth must be on the platform of physical. If you loose the touch with the physical, you will never be the leader God has created you to become in life. When this is absent, you will not become the leader God has created you to be in life.

YOUR EMOTION has much to do with the relationship with your self and other people have a role to play in life. Your emotion has some things to do with your sexual urges, attraction, your likes, dislike and moods. If any things go wrong with your emotion without reconciliation, you will never become the leader God has created you to become. It’s your responsibility to manage these aspects of your life according to the word of God.

YOUR INTELLECT has much to do with your creativity, ideas, talent and potentials. It’s you responsibility to discover them and develop them to fit into the expectation of God’s intention (the leader in you). God created you to be a leader and that why He gave you free will and the choice to decide. You must seek to understand your intellect and why God gave them to you. Self development is highly needed and you must develop your capacity through the understanding of God’s word. If you mismanage this aspect of you, you will never be the leader you were created to become.

THE SPIRITUAL aspect of you has much to do with your vision, calling, purpose and divine assignment for existence. This also have a lot to do with your constant and personal relationship with the Holy Spirit through God’s word. This has some thing to do with you understanding God’s intention for your existence and how he wants you to accomplish them. This will demand discovery, preparation and the manifestation of God’s intention. Cooperating with the Holy Spirit will help you to become the leader you were born to become.

15 Things Pastors Must Stop DOING

Dear Pastor, I love you. I want nothing more than for you to be all who God wants you to be. So this might hurt a little. I’m writing you this letter because I have noticed a few things that we have fallen into saying or doing that don’t represent Christ well. With all due respect, please stop: 1. STOP PRETENDING YOU ARE PERFECT. Jesus is perfect. You aren’t. Let us see your humanity. Share your mistakes with us. It gives us hope to know that even the pastor doesn’t always get it right. It also gives us the courage to be honest about our faults too. 2. STOP EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY ABUSING YOUR STAFF. Although some elements of the church are like a business, church staff should not be treated just like employees. They are family. They aren’t perfect, but you need to love them anyway. When you hurt them, you hurt God’s family. I know far too many pastors who need therapy after the wounds of working for a bad boss. 3. STOP HIDING YOUR SECRET ADDICT...

Leadership - 2

Leadership is all about you becoming the vision and expressing the vision. Vision is the understanding of what God has called you to become and do. Vision and calling is the foundation of your leadership. What's your calling? What's your vision? Every body is a leader but only few gets to discover this vision and calling? Some people discover their calling and vision but few ends up becoming the vision and calling. Leadership is all about BECOMING AND DOING. Who are you becoming? Shifting blames on people and making excuses is the fastest way of killing your chances of becoming the leader God has created you to become. In leadership, it's either your choice or fault. Be you Be the lead you were born to be Becoming a leader is who you were created to be (either you are male or female) Becoming the leader you were created to be is in you becoming responsible for your life, words, attitudes, and decision. Are you responsible? Dare to be!

RE-DEFINING LEADERSHIP

Dear leaders, I have always advocate that there is a leader trapped in every human. I want you to shift into a better dimension of God's plan for your leadership skill. Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity. A leader is ANYONE who can envision a possibility, commit to it, influence him or her self, and others to create the possibility envisioned. It's not a place for show-off but a place show how it's done. Your leadership capacity will be crippled without a defined vision that is progressive in nature. A vision that is solution oriented.  Every body has the leadership ability yet each leader is unique in nature. The difference between my leadership skills and your leadership skills are the kind of problems I am interested in solving. In other words, leadership is being solution oriented in the area of your passion and interest. Not just that, it is you influencing like-mind to willfully join you in getting the task done. Leadership is se...
