Who is a leader?
A leader is any one that can get the right knowledge they need and also dare to apply the knowledge they have in other to get the result that is necessary. Every body is called into leadership but we all individually must run our own race in our own race track.

Knowledge is not enough. Leadership without knowledge is frustration. It's not good enough to know, you must understand what you know AND APPLY WHAT YOU KNOW PERSONALLY IN YOUR LIFE. A Lot of people know things BUT FEW PEOPLE DARE TO SUBMIT TO WHAT THEY KNOW AND ALSO APPLY WHAT THEY KNOW.

If you must become the leader God has created you to become - you must first gain freedom from a lot of things. First, you must be free from your self. Second, you must be free from people's expectation. Third, you must be free enough to fail. Not willing to fail as a leader is the greatest limitation in leadership. ATTITUDE WHAT YOU KNOW EVEN IF IT MEANS YOU WILL FAIL. The greatest goal in leadership is not success. The greatest goal in leadership is EFFORT. You might fail but making the EFFORT in the first place is what leadership represent. LEADER ARE SET OF PEOPLE THAT WILL DARE TO MAKE EFFORT THAN ACCEPTING STAGNATION OR DEFEAT.

It's time to ATTITUDE what you know about yourself, your vision and the kind of leader God has created you to be.

Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader. Just as you must keep learning from others and others keep learning from you. You don't need followers to become a leader. You need to be self responsible to become a leader. Leadership begins with you being successful in to rise into Greatness. Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity.
