Discipline Is Necessity

BELOVED OF GOD

We need to understand that for you to become the Leader God has created you to be, you must embrace DISCIPLINE.

What is discipline?

Discipline is you doing what you need to do even when you don't feel like doing it. It is deliberate, and specific in nature.

Discipline is you ignoring to do what you feel like doing just because you don't need it.

Discipline is not about what you desire, feel or like; its necessity. Necessity is the platform for discipline.

You might not like it but necessity is the beginning of you embracing discipline.

Discipline is specific in nature and it's progressive in nature. It brings growth and improvement. It improves you through pain some times and some times, it improves you through comfort.

Your vision  and the clarity of it is what will determine the quality of discipline that will be expected of you.

Discipline kills distraction, ignorance and laziness in your pursuit of becoming the leader God has created you to be, do and become.

Discipline is you doing what you need to do, when you need to do it, how you need to do it and for the right reason.

I urge you today to embrace discipline. It's a deliberate effort you must invest if you must become the leader God has created you to become.

Discipline helps your leadership capacity to relate with you. Your passion helps you to relate with your leadership capacity.

Your right and wrong can only be defined by your vision.

Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader.

It is when you relate with your leadership capacity that you will be able to value yourself.

When your leadership capacity relates with you through discipline; you will be prepared and enthroned.

This is the will of God for you. God has given you a unique leadership capacity but it's your duty to develop and utilise it.

Be inspired!

Jesus Loves You!

Unlocking the Leader Within: Embracing Responsibility and Purpose

In a world that often equates leadership with titles, positions, and authority, it’s easy to overlook the true essence of what it means to lead. Leadership is not merely about occupying a role or wielding power; it’s about embracing the discipline of self-responsibility and making choices that align with your values and purpose in life. As leaders, whether in the workplace, community, or within our families, it’s imperative to understand that true leadership begins with self-awareness and self-responsibility. It’s about taking ownership of our decisions and actions, regardless of our position or title. The Bible is filled with examples of ordinary men and women who embraced their responsibility and stepped into leadership roles that were far beyond their initial expectations. Take Moses, for instance. When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, Moses initially hesitated, feeling inadequate for the task. Yet, with God’s guidance and empowerment, he led the Israelites to fre...
