Light of the World

Beloved of God!  I celebrate the Grace of Christ in you. I want you to know that every believer is a leader that is serving under the leadership of the Lord Jesus! 

We are not asked by the Lord Jesus to bring the world into the Church. We were sent out into the world and all Nations to make disciples. 

I personally, I am tried of believer's being over spiritual about their leadership capacity. We cage ourselves in the church - talking to ourselves and point out to the faults happening. Light and light are gathering in Churches without their readiness to step out into the darkness and shine. 

I have being writing that every believer is a leader and every Leader needs a leader.

God has not called every body to become leaders in Churches alone; God want believers as leaders in every phase of life. 

In the educational system, God needs a leader there - some one who will structure the educational system of the nation in God's nature. 

In the political world, God needs believers who will lead and influence the constitution of the nature with God's principle. 

In the transport affairs, God needs leaders who will influence and create security for transporters with God's nature. 

Don't just complain about it; its time for you to begin to know and understand what role God wants you to play. 

Believers are so weak. We claim we are spiritual. We sit in our comfort zone and pray BUT UNBELIEVER'S SIT AND MAKE DECISIONS AND CONSTITUTION for you and I. 

You know all the faults but what are you doing personally to make issues better. Start from your compound, street, friends, family members and church.

You are a leader - it's not only in the Church - YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. What are you doing in the Church alone? Get out there and be the Light Jesus is on the inside of you! 

Let's be proactive about the leadership capacity Christ has preserved in you. 

There is still Hope for you in Christ Jesus.

New Dimension of Leadership

Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader. Just as you must keep learning from others and others keep learning from you. You don't need followers to become a leader. You need to be self responsible to become a leader. Leadership begins with you being successful in to rise into Greatness. Leadership is the ability to cultivate a heart of humility in accepting to be led by the Holy Spirit through God's Word. Dear leaders, I have always advocate that there is a leader trapped in every human. I want you to shift into a better dimension of God's plan for your leadership skill. Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity. A leader is ANYONE who can envision a possibility, commit to it, influence him or her self, and others to create the possibility envisioned.
