Light of the World

Beloved of God!  I celebrate the Grace of Christ in you. I want you to know that every believer is a leader that is serving under the leadership of the Lord Jesus!

We are not asked by the Lord Jesus to bring the world into the Church. We were sent out into the world and all Nations to make disciples.

I personally, I am tried of believer's being over spiritual about their leadership capacity. We cage ourselves in the church - talking to ourselves and point out to the faults happening. Light and light are gathering in Churches without their readiness to step out into the darkness and shine.

I have being writing that every believer is a leader and every Leader needs a leader.

God has not called every body to become leaders in Churches alone; God want believers as leaders in every phase of life.

In the educational system, God needs a leader there - some one who will structure the educational system of the nation in God's nature.

In the political world, God needs believers who will lead and influence the constitution of the nature with God's principle.

In the transport affairs, God needs leaders who will influence and create security for transporters with God's nature.

Don't just complain about it; its time for you to begin to know and understand what role God wants you to play.

Believers are so weak. We claim we are spiritual. We sit in our comfort zone and pray BUT UNBELIEVER'S SIT AND MAKE DECISIONS AND CONSTITUTION for you and I.

You know all the faults but what are you doing personally to make issues better. Start from your compound, street, friends, family members and church.

You are a leader - it's not only in the Church - YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. What are you doing in the Church alone? Get out there and be the Light Jesus is on the inside of you!

Let's be proactive about the leadership capacity Christ has preserved in you.

There is still Hope for you in Christ Jesus.

Shalom!

Focus Is A Lifestyle

Beloved!  I want you to know that becoming the leader you were created to be will not be difficult as long as you are ready to obey God's principle.  The first step of becoming the Leader God created you to become lies in you understanding "what you want to do with your life." The understanding of what you need to do with your life can only be received through God's word and the passion God's word creates in you.  Based on what you have studied in God's Word, whose pain do you feel the most and what do you think the Lord wants you to do about them?  You are the solution to the faults that gets your attention. You are the answers to the questions that bothers your heart.  I want to ask you again; what do you really want to do with your life? How do you intend to make every 24 hours of each day count in the place of impact?  Above all, your first responsibility as a leader is in you leading your self through the leadership of the Holy...

Strength of Leadership

Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader.  PRIORITY  You can never become the leader God has created you to be as long as your priority is wrong. What determines the right and wrong of your priority lies in what God has called you to do.  Your priority must be dictated by the nature of your calling. Every leader are people or individual that responded to the calling upon their lives.  Your priority is the reflection of your calling. Your calling is the reflection of God's expectation for your life.   It's a must for you to know what God has called you to do.  It must not be in the four wall corner of the Church. There is some thing God is calling you to do. You can know it through what you understand any time you Study  your bible.    Your priority must be dictated by the knowledge, understanding and wisdom within your calling.  Leadership is about executing the call of God upon your life. Leader of Purpose and Inspiration

Beloved of God, there is a unique mantle resting on your life, and it did not come from human approval but from the heart of God. He has called you to be a leader in the area of your pain, your passion, and your calling. The places where you once cried are the very places you will one day shine. The battles you survived are the reasons God trusts you with influence. Leadership is not about titles. It is about becoming a vessel through which God heals, lifts, and empowers others. Scripture reminds us, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to preach good news” Luke 4 verse 18. You are called, you are chosen, and you are needed. Beloved, every pain you endured was a classroom. Every challenge was training. Every season of silence was shaping your voice. God does not waste your experiences. He converts them into wisdom that qualifies you to lead others out of what once held you down. Your passion is not random. Your tears were not meaningless. Your convictions are n...
