The Heart of Leadership

Beloved of God, I want you to understand that leadership is not for pleasure! 

The beginning of you maximising your capacity as a leader is in you DISCOVERING THE PROBLEM YOU WERE BORN TO SOLVE. 

Becoming an inspirational leader, is in you understanding that specific problem you were created to solve. The day you discover that problem that made your birth a necessity - that's the day the leader in you is born! 

Talk the talk but do your task. It's okay to see fault but it's also necessary to be part of the solution to the fault you see. The beauty or strength of a teacher is in the ignorance of his or her student. 

The strength of leader is in the problem and his or her ability to be part of the solution process. 

Serving - is the true heart, culture and attitude of leadership! 

Don't pursue post or title; pursue to know and understand that specific problem you were created to solve. 

What kind of help are you to people? In what field of life will your name come to people's mind if they need help in that field.? 

The day you find and locate or identify the problem God created you solve, that's the day you have found your throne. 

Don't talk about it. Don't complain about it; SOLVE IT.

Attitude it! 


There is still HOPE for you in Christ Jesus. Ask Jesus to help you.

Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader. Just as you must keep learning from others and others keep learning from you. You don't need followers to become a leader. You need to be self responsible to become a leader. Leadership begins with you being successful in to rise into Greatness. Dear leaders, I have always advocate that there is a leader trapped in every human. I want you to shift into a better dimension of God's plan for your leadership skill. Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity.
