Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader.  Pain is the throne of any leader. The people whose pain you feel the most is the pointer to the set of people God have sent you to lead.  Your sheep will know and hear your voice. Don't ask people to follow your leadership.   Keep developing your capacity and keep getting the clarity of your calling and God's expectation from your leadership.   You are a leader. There is a leader that proves to people they are leaders and we have leaders that people willingly enthrone as their own leader because of the value in them. Are you the type of leader that demand respect or you are the leader people respect due to your positive influence in their lives?  Fake respect is when people are afraid of you and real respect is when people willingly respect you either you are at fault or right.  Don't be proud and don't be domineering.
