Pain is the Throne

Every body is a leader and every leader needs a leader. 

Pain is the throne of any leader. The people whose pain you feel the most is the pointer to the set of people God have sent you to lead. 

Your sheep will know and hear your voice. Don't ask people to follow your leadership.  

Keep developing your capacity and keep getting the clarity of your calling and God's expectation from your leadership.  

You are a leader. You have not arrived yet but you are in the process of the making.  

Be encouraged!

Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity.
