Beloved of God, I celebrate you all. Its another time for refreshing moment. Leadership is not just about controlling people or manipulating them. Leadership is the strength of willful influence that inspires people to do and become some thing for their own benefit first and then to their generation. The first goal of leadership is the ability to lead yourself through the instructions of Gods Word. CAN YOU ALLOW YOU SELF TO LEAD YOURSELF BUT NOT BY YOURSELF? This is the greatest strength of leadership. Can you be led? Are you humble enough to take instructions and obey instructions? Any effective leader you see any where is led by a system that is superior to them. Even their freedom to make decisions, there is a system and pattern that their decision must align.
