Beloved of God,

I celebrate you all.
Its another time for refreshing moment.

Leadership is not just about controlling people or manipulating them. Leadership is the strength of willful influence that inspires people to do and become some thing for their own benefit first and then to their generation.

The first goal of leadership is the ability to lead yourself through the instructions of Gods Word. CAN YOU ALLOW YOU SELF TO LEAD YOURSELF BUT NOT BY YOURSELF? This is the greatest strength of leadership.

Can you be led? Are you humble enough to take instructions and obey instructions? Any effective leader you see any where is led by a system that is superior to them. Even their freedom to make decisions, there is a system and pattern that their decision must align.

To become the leader God has created you to become, you must accept to be led by the instruction of Gods word. You can never be in charge all by your self but you can be in charge onbehalf God and His interest.

This is LEADERSHIP WITH EXCELLENCE.

Leadership is all about you becoming the vision and expressing the vision. Vision is the understanding of what God has called you to become and do. Vision and calling is the foundation of your leadership. What's your calling? What's your vision? Every body is a leader but only few gets to discover this vision and calling? Some people discover their calling and vision but few ends up becoming the vision and calling. Leadership is all about BECOMING AND DOING. Who are you becoming? Shifting blames on people and making excuses is the fastest way of killing your chances of becoming the leader God has created you to become. In leadership, it's either your choice or fault. Be you Be the lead you were born to be Becoming a leader is who you were created to be (either you are male or female) Becoming the leader you were created to be is in you becoming responsible for your life, words, attitudes, and decision. Dear leaders, I have always advocate that there is a leader trapped in every human. I want you to shift into a better dimension of God's plan for your leadership skill. Being a leader is every thing you will keep doing in your daily activity. A leader is ANYONE who can envision a possibility, commit to it, influence him or her self, and others to create the possibility envisioned. It's not a place for show-off but a place show how it's done. Your leadership capacity will be crippled without a defined vision that is progressive in nature.
