Leadership Starts with Leading Yourself

True leadership begins long before you lead others. It starts with discipline, direction, and growth in your own life. When you can lead yourself, you become qualified to lead others with clarity and compassion.

Leading yourself means mastering your emotions, your time, and your priorities. It means understanding your weaknesses and intentionally developing your strengths. Self leadership creates a solid foundation for every other form of leadership expression.

Leaders who cannot lead themselves eventually struggle to lead people. But when you cultivate inner order, you create outer influence. Your personal growth becomes the testimony that inspires others to rise.

Self leadership is a lifelong journey. The more you grow, the more your leadership influence expands. When you govern your life with purpose and discipline, you carry a leadership that naturally draws and transforms people.

What determines the right and wrong of your priority lies in what God has called you to do.  Your priority must be dictated by the nature of your calling.
